Mr. Yogesh Sharma is the Founder and Managing Director of Karigari Ventures, a premium Indian restaurant company valued at ₹220 crore and preparing for a strategic market listing. He is a recipient of the Young Restaurateur of the Year 2024 title, the ET 40 Under 40 Award, and the Youth Excellence Award, recognising his impact on India’s organised food and beverage sector.

An alumnus of SIBM Pune, Mr. Sharma began his career with Hindustan Times in marketing before entering the restaurant industry in 2015. He launched successful concepts such as Jungle Jamboree and The Flying Dutchman, gaining strong operational and scale expertise. This experience led to the creation of Karigari, a premium Indian dining brand known for authenticity, innovation, refined interiors, and consistent unit economics.

As Managing Director, Mr. Sharma is focused on institutionalising the business, strengthening governance, driving national expansion, and building long-term stakeholder value. He is also actively involved in social impact initiatives, believing that sustainable businesses must contribute meaningfully to society.
